  4. Donation Refund Policy
    If you believe a donation was made in error, you must contact Shepherd’s Crossing promptly. Refunds will only be considered after the donated funds have fully cleared and settled in Shepherd’s Crossing’s bank account.

Refunds will be issued by check only. The original donor must appear in person with valid identification. Shepherd’s Crossing reserves the right to verify all donation details before issuing any refund.
